Sleep Well

Sleep Is Extremely Necessary

If we don't have enough sleep we can slide into a zombiefied, lifeless shell of our real selves and it's no wonder - Rest Is Essential.

The conundrum is that we all require varying amounts and we all lead hectic, engaged lives - So what to do?

What we really have to get, is to get some good quality rest every single night and awaken energized and all ready to attack the day with alertness.

You have to rest and that rest must be adequate, though are there ways in which you can allay a few of the ill effects associated with the inability to get good sleep - The truth; it is possible.

Bad sleep creates poor mental focus, decreased intellectual aptitude and can lead to stress, and no one wants that.

Gentle Medication

Apt Intelligence

We Are Lucky, Thoughtful, Gifted Creatures

Intelligence is thought of as a gift and it is no surprise. The things an intelligent mind can create are capable of diversifying our universe and our lifestyles for a truly amazing world.

The things given to us by our best and brightest are rewards we never earned, can't repay, and are lucky enough to reap the benefits of.

Great Minds

Smart and critical thinkers throughout history have come to rely upon their minds to create a microcosm of fancy, ingenuity, and life-saving machines. They owe their prominence, fortune, and in some cases notoriety, to their intellectual proficiency.

Names like Tesla, Einstein, Marconi all spring to mind, immediately.

Not Everyone Gets The Gift

That's okay

Missing out on being intelligent isn't a means for a terrible existence, don't think that at all. A large number of absolutely great achievements have been obtained by folk with average intelligence and we owe them each huge appreciation.

Better to use what you have and do great things than be another of the world's ubiquitous wasted talents.

Although there exists an abundance of evidence to show that people with inferior IQ results are more prone to depression, grievances, and evidence-free phobias and prejudices, all of which exist far less recurrently in individuals who are cerebrally apt.   So maybe reading a book each day could be a key driver in reducing depression?

Being an expert, though might be of little value if your skills don't get used well. The saying that seems to ring true that goes "there are no rewards for being smart, only for using the smarts you have to good effect" - Very Apt!

Ergo, when you don't put your high intelligence to good use (that's if you have it), then the luck is unfulfilled, which absolutely, is a personal choice, you will miss out on the attainable rewards, just like a skilled sporting star that didn't exceed their own boundaries.

Also, there are success issues here. You need to determine the equilibrium between aiming for success and not overworking yourself, but these are the questions for the individual. Determine the equilibrium and you will be a happier person.

Apt Intelligence.  It's worth having
