How Many Vegetables Are Too Many

Vegetables are an important part of your diet, but then you knew that.

Some people get a little too enthusiastic and find they have er, um, more regularity than they would like.

Too many vegetables will have you looking for the nearest bathroom where ever you are and that can be a problem.

Two serves with every meal is more than enough to give you the vitamins and minerals you need, not to mention the fiber.  Remember that too much fiber is going to upset your stomach and make you pay.

Some people are more sensitive to fiber and some aren't, but more than 8 serves in a day could mean you're getting double your recommended daily fiber intake.

Yeah, that's not gonna be pretty.

You should take care to ensure a balanced diet of protein, fiber, and dense nutrition in order to keep calories at a reasonable level.
